At AN Intimate Event we offer partial wedding planning services. This is the perfect for a couple looking for assistance during the planning process, as more of a collaborate effort! With this service, we will come into the planning process once a date & venue are selected and are within (12) months of the wedding. We will reach out to all vendors, review contracts and become the main contact on the couple's behalf to complete the remainder of the planning. We will continue the planning alongside the couple, to create the perfect wedding!

At AN Intimate Event we can offer wedding management. This is the perfect service if you are looking for juts the management of your wedding day, and no planning assistance. We will connect two months prior to your big day, and begin to touch base with all vendors prior and visit the wedding location. We will coordinate the rehearsal, timeline for the wedding day, and manage the setup & design of the reception. Throughout the evening we will keep the couple and wedding party on schedule. All details will be executed and handle any issues that may arise to ensure for a stress free day!
